HE LAST LIGHTHOUSE ON BLACK REEF. Chapter 2: The Keeper's Journal. Daniel stepped onto the island. The lighthouse looked abandoned. Broken windows. Rusted doors. Seaweed covered the stone walls. Yet fresh footprints led inside. Someone had been there recently. Inside, dust covered everything except a narrow path leading upward. Halfway up the spiral staircase... Daniel found an old leather journal. It belonged to the last lighthouse keeper. The final pages read: "If anyone finds this... Do not let the light go out. The sea remembers." The writing stopped suddenly. The remaining pages were torn away. That night... Daniel heard footsteps above him.
